Scrappin' Happy

So it has been just about a month since my last "inspiration". It's been a very crazy month for me needless to say. I hope to become a more active blogger....maybe even pick up a follower or two. I learned to scrap from a great friend of mine in Texas....you can actually check her page out http://yellowbirdcreation.blogspot.com/ anyway, when I moved away I knew it would be hard to scrap alone because we scrapped with a good group of ladies. It was more than just scrapping it was a bonding experience, I think the table and four walls have heard more stories.....good times, enough said!! So I'm slowly starting to get my grove. I've gone to a scrapbook expo here, which was fun and overwhelming all at the same time. I'm not nearly at the same level as the people at the expo or even people on the blog circuit. I think that's why I've been a bit intimidated to even blog let alone show my work on here. Its not as spectacular as most people but I'm learning and I'd like to think I'm getting better. Either way, I love it. Its fun, relaxing and I get such a sense of accomplishment when I'm finished! Even better that my darling hubby supports me in it. He loves to see the stuff I create, although he has no idea what some ladies are capable of, I'm just a rookie. Well, enough of that. I do have some stuff to show that I have done in the past and somethings that I've created while here. I'm not really into the cardmaking (I'm dabbling) but I enjoy making layouts for pages.
